Tasty Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

This tasty blue cheese salad dressing is my husband’s favourite dressing. Besides salads, he likes to use it as a dip for eating artichokes. It is easy to make and tasty.
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese (such as Maytag®)
- Step 1 Stir mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, sherry, and garlic salt together in a bowl. Fold blue cheese through the mixture.
- Step 2 Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours.
