Saints and Strangers Vodka Cocktail

The Saints and Strangers drink has a crimson colour, rich, earthy aromas, and is crisp and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • 2 fluid ounces of vodka
  • 2 fluid ounces of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 ½ fluid ounces of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
  • ½ fluid ounce of sweet French vermouth
  • ½ ounce cream of balsamic (balsamic glaze)
  • ¼ fluid ounce of cold-pressed cranberry juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground pink peppercorns
  • ice cubes
  • 1 pinch of freshly grated orange zest

Directions

  • Step 1 In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, vermouth, cream of balsamic, cranberry juice, peppercorns, grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, and so on. Shake well after adding ice to the shaker and straining it into a martini glass. Add some orange zest on top.

Note:

Substitute aged balsamic vinegar for the cream of balsamic if preferred.
