Peanut Butter, Bacon and Apple Sandwich
This strange-sounding sandwich combines a variety of interesting ingredients into one unexpectedly delicious sandwich. Kids will find it hilarious, especially if you ask them to assist in putting the sandwiches together. Additionally, they’ll get both protein and healthy fruit at the same time!
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 slices white bread, toasted
- 3 slices of crispy bacon
- ½ apple, cored and sliced
One slice of toast has peanut butter spread on one side. After placing the apple slices on top of the peanut butter, add the bacon strips. Add the second slice of bread on top.
