Installing temporary sock filter

Using old buckets and fittings to house sock filter, this will be a test.

Not being sure how much waste is coming into the biological filter I will have to wait and see I will have to test the system for a few days. I imagine that it will be beneficial to fit as many as i can into the bucket, I,m thinking four at the moment.

The system that is working the best for me is to have a circulating pump, this services the filters venturi,s and water features. This looks after the water flow between the connected outdoor tanks and ponds, then we have a small pump in each tank or pond i think it would be a good idea to have a filter sock here too.

Initially the filter socks will be working hard but as the days go by the water will become cleaner, the load on the filter socks will be less which will lead to less maintenance.
