Ever heard of a coffee that is prepared with sparkling water and is ready in 2 minutes? Neither has I. This is not a world known recipe, but shhh, now you will know the secret. You will need just 1 cup of espresso (chilled), sparkling water and crushed ice. Sugar is added according to the taste. Espresso is poured over crushed ice in a tall glass.
Add in glass sparkling water with a sugar, stir everything up and enjoy. Pretty simple you have to agree.
