These strawberry and raspberry-filled smoothies are a delightful breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 (6-ounce) container of fat-free strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 ½ cups fresh sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh red raspberries
  • 1 cup small ice cubes or crushed ice

Directions

  • In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, and fruit. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Add ice; cover and blend until almost smooth.

Tips

Variation:

Fruit juice:
In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, and fruit. Cover and mix until smooth (don’t add ice and mix). Pour mixture into 14 3-ounce popsicle molds or paper cups. If using paper cups, cover each cup with aluminum foil. Cut a small slit in the middle of each sheet of foil; Insert a round wooden stick into each lollipop. Freeze pops up for 4-6 hours or until firm.
