Who says cake can’t be eaten for breakfast? In this simple and healthy fruit smoothie recipe, ingredients like oats, vanilla, peaches and blueberries come together to create the flavor of a favorite summer dessert.  


  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Blend yogurt, almond milk, peaches, blueberries, oats, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla in a food processor. until smooth, puree.
