This smooth and creamy Italian dressing has the pungency of lemon juice and red wine vinegar and the sweet spiciness of oregano and garlic.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions

  • Step 1 In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, oil, water, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, sugar and garlic until evenly combined. Chill before serving.
