This buttermilk blue cheese dressing is an excellent, simple recipe, that can be used as a vegetable dip, or salad dressing, or my husband loves it on Buffalo wings.
Best to make and store in the fridge overnight to let the flavors meld. Garlic salt can be used in place of garlic powder.
Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4 ounce) package of crumbled blue cheese
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Stir the buttermilk, mayonnaise, blue cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper together in a bowl.
- Step 2 Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before serving.
