Friends, other poses also aim to build muscular tone and reduce weight in the abdominal regions, like the shoulder stand, forward-bending position, spinal twist, and wheel pose. But, with practice, the aforementioned poses may prove to be the most beneficial.
Note that some of these positions may not be ideal to perform if you are female and pregnant or if you are menstruating.
